an absolute fail of an icon for a little icon contest~~ x'D

I made the base and everything all in about 10 mins x'D
I'm not looking to win, because I was just trying to practice animated icons x'D
and plus I have the speed on 0 (the fastest) and it still goes pretty slow ;n;
